** Some of our products may contain small parts. Parents please do not leave your children unattended or unsupervised while wearing any of our products.**
These are some frequently asked questions.
* ORDERING - Our products are available to the public. We have no minimums and no membership. There are no taxes applied to orders outside of Tennessee.
* You have the option to pay with: VISA, MASTER CARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, DISCOVER, DEBIT CARD OR PAYPAL.
* If you are a new customer, please feel free to go ahead and place your order whenever you are ready.
* ADDITIONS- We cannot make additions to order once they have been placed.
*Please be sure to double check your order before clicking submit to be confident that everything you want is on there.
* PICTURES/PHOTOS- Pictures of models/children are not allowed to be copied or used without written consent from BEANIES2BOWS.
Customers that submit their photos for our gallery have not given permission for public use. Thank you for understanding.
* BACK ORDERS- Items that are out of stock will not be back ordered. They will need to be ordered when they are back in stock.
* RETURNS- Returns are accepted with prior approval on damaged items, and only for product replacement.
Returns are accepted on non-damaged items only if they are new, unused and in the original packaging. Customer is responsible for return postage, and there is a 10% restocking fee.
* DAMAGED ITEMS- If you have extensive issues with a product you are welcome to return it for product replacement with prior approval. Please inform us of the problem.
* PRIVACY: THE INFORMATION SUBMITTED ON OUR WEBSITE IS USED STRICTLY FOR THE PURPOSE OF COMPLETING ORDERS. WE DO NOT SHARE ANY INFORMATION WITH ANY OUTSIDE PARTY EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT NECESSARY TO SHIP THE ORDER. ( UPS AND USPS.)
